Congresses, conferences, symposia, festivals, forums, workshops, ateliers, seminars, collaborations, joint degree programs, mobility and exchange programs, research projects, websites, publications and all other means and instruments of action not enumerated above but considered necessary by its governing bodies.

Structure

1. General Assembly (GA)

Consisting of all IMMSANE Members

Takes place on even years (2024, 2026, 2028 etc.)

Organized by the IMMSANE Director and the Executive Council

Agenda: approval of the minutes (last AGM) finances/budgets, election of IMMSANE Director, determination of membership fees, changes of statutes etc.

2. Executive Council (EC)

Consisting of the IMMSANE Director and the Regional Chairs (of IMMSANE Europe, IMMSANE Africa, IMMSANE North America etc.)

Executive Council Meetings (min. twice a year) are organized by the IMMSANE Director

Agenda: approval of the minutes / last ECM, organisation congress / elections 2024, 2026, 2028 etc.

Events (meetings, workshops at festivals etc., organized by IMMSANE Members): tba
